Expression of Interest - 2022/23 Art Bar Food Provision

Opportunity for food vendors

Wellington Shire Council is looking to bring back the popular Art Bar at the Port of Sale precinct for Summer 2022/23.

The outdoor Art Bar will open every weekend between December 1 and the Victorian Labour Day long weekend, finishing on Monday 13 March 2023.

We are seeking expressions of interest from food truck/van operators or similar, to provide food services for one or more weekends during this period.

What we are looking for:

• Site: We can provide power; all other aspects of the service need to be self-contained, including waste management for your operation. Given the area is often subject to strong winds and for security purposes we prefer you to be set up in a truck, trailer, or van.
• ‍Hours of operation: We hope to highlight a different vendor each weekend, commitment on your given weekend is expected to be: Friday, 3pm to 8pm, Saturday, 3pm to 8pm and Sunday, 12pm to 8pm.

There will be a bar operating in conjunction with your food service.

There will also be a mix of live and pre-recorded music programmed each weekend.
