Outreach Library

Outreach Library Services

At each outreach location, you can access public use computers, free internet, a book returns box, and friendly staff assistance. Residents can explore our online resources, ask questions, and browse the online catalogue to see our full range of materials.

You can also request specific library items to be delivered to your nearest outreach location at no cost. To support regional communities, we offer extended loan periods of six weeks for books, audiobooks, DVDs, and other materials (instead of the usual four weeks).

To borrow items from our outreach service, you’ll need a free library card, which can be issued on-site by our staff. You can learn more about library memberships on our Library Membership page.

Outreach Library Operating Hours

• ‍Tuesday - Gormandale Community House: 1.30pm - 1.45pm‍
• Wednesday - Briagolong Community House: 2.00pm - 3.00pm‍
• Thursday - Golden Beach Community Centre: 10.00am - 12noon‍
• Thursday - Loch Sport Community House: 1.00pm - 4.00pm

Note: Hours may change during holiday periods.

A weekly pick-up and drop-off service is available at Gormandale Community House:
