Discontinuance, exchange and transfer of road at Albert River Road, Hiawatha

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 189, 206 including clause 2 and 3 of Schedule 10 and 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, the Wellington Shire Council, not less than four (4) weeks from the date of publication of this notice, proposes to discontinue sections of Government Road and to exchange these sections of Road for a portion of CA80E, Parish of Binginwarri, to transfer a portion of Lot 1 TP390485 and to arrange with VicRoads the subdivision and transfer of a portion of Lot 1 TP380885 to the adjoining property owner.

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding this proposal, may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853, by 5.00pm on Friday 27 July 2018.

All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise.

Any person who requests that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged shall be entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.
