1300 366 244Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 407(1) of the Land Act 1958, the Wellington Shire Council, not less than four (4) weeks from the date of publication of this notice, as it is desirable in the public interest, the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning be requested that part or all of the unused road licence held over Troughton Street, Alberton in the Parish of Alberton East be revoked as it is required for public traffic.
Any person wishing to make a submission regarding this proposal, may do so in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Wellington Shire Council, PO Box 506, Sale 3853, by 5.00pm on Friday 12 October 2018.
All submissions will be considered public documents unless specified otherwise.
Any person who requests that he or she be heard in support of any written submissions lodged shall be entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on his or her behalf before the Council or a Committee of the Council convened for that purpose.
