Projects and Works Map

‍Map updates

The project and works map is updated quarterly (January, April, July, October) in line with the Council Budget that is adopted at the start of each financial year.

• Major projects are added at the start of the financial year, with status updates quarterly.
• Smaller projects like footpath renewals, are often added in later quarters as they progress. This ensures the information is accurate and prevents confusion or disappointment if plans change.

How to use the map

• Zoom: Use the + and – buttons to zoom in and out. Click the home icon to reset to the default view.
• Project Pins: Click on pins to see project details.
• Search: Use the search icon (top right) to find specific addresses and see nearby projects.
• Town Filter: Select the location pin icon (top right) to filter projects by town.
• Project Search: Use the project tab (bottom of the map) to search projects by name, description, location, cost, or category. Click the details button for more information.
• Categories: Projects are grouped into seven categories, each represented by different coloured pins. The category legend appears automatically when the map is opened and can be toggled with the list icon (top right).
